Getting Started
The purpose of documentation is to provide the user manual guideline for Digiplus Group.
1. What is Coraool Platform?
Digital Consumer Operation Workstation covering end-to-end Consumer App oriented management and operation needs. It aims to create a digital operation workflow model to build measurable and sustainable consumer operation for employees. Current release was included:

- Other features are on the way (creative center, traffic engine e.g.)
2. System Requirements
macOS, Windows (including WSL), and Linux with mainstream browsers are supported. Here are the official best recommendations:

3. Apply New Account
3.1 Application
Contact your line-manager by Lark or Email to : [email protected] apply access account. Here is the application template:

3.2 Authentication
For Enterprise user cases, we support multiple safe ways to authentication. Currently, the methods we support:
- Enterprise Email: Enterprise user cases fully bind with enterprise email address, can't authenticate with personal email.
- Enterprise Lark Account (On the way) - one click to complete

3.3 Account Security
3.3.1 Security Principle
Critical settings to keep your account safe and control the leakage of sensitive data, please access to setup your configuration https://digiplus.coraool.com/account/profile.
- Complexity of password: must reach security level of password setting, mixed with lowercase/uppercase/digital/words more than 8 lengths.
- Enable two-factor authentication: Strongly recommend enabling the feature by default, raising the security level to keep your account safe, it will double validate with your account based on the dynamic password.
- Forgot password/two-factor, please reach your company admin to reset.
3.3.2 Enable Two-factor
a) Enable the feature, input a private key for security token generation.
b) Generate the two-factor QR code, recommend downloading and saving it on your computer.
c) download the tool to scan and generate the dynamic token, support most mainstream authenticator tools. Recommend using google authenticator:

d) Validate your initial dynamic code to enable the feature. You can also use the email notification to send the dynamic code to your enterprise email address.
3.4 Notification
Notification feature was designed for feature release, data updates and any admin announcement through the system. It's important to enable it if u are sensitive to changes and stability.
Currently, the notification is only supported by email.
4. Apply Permission by RBAC
The system supported role-based access control. Please contact your admin to understand the details and apply for the necessary permission.
Here is the default role list supported by system, it might dynamically changed.

Admin | Access to all and manage the overall system including accounts / permission |
A Team | General manager team, able to access aerial and sensitive data. |
Analysis | Analysis or BI team, they are able to access the overview and strategy level based on the analysis needs. |
User Operation | Access to customer lifecycle management needs. |
Channel Operation | Access to channel operation needs. |
Guest | Access to basic permission. Usually it's the status of waiting for further permission change. |

6.2 Issue Request

7. FAQ
7.1 Forgot Password/OTP
The enterprise version doesn't provide a self-servered password recovery program. Please reach your admin to the account for you.
7.2 Can I Apply for Multiple Roles
Yes, it's by design. depending on your real business user cases needs.
7.3 Can I Create a Customized Dashboard
Not yet, but the feature is in the pipeline.
